Every package leaves with the right carrier
HaROS TMS brings the whole shipment process on one screen, from carrier selection to labels, from tracking to returns. You put every step from warehouse to delivery on rules.
Six steps from package to delivery
Every step from label to tracking runs automatically. Your team handles only the exceptions.
Package ready
The moment WMS closes packing, TMS takes over. There is no manual handoff or waiting queue.
automatic triggerCarrier selection
The rule engine selects the best-fit carrier based on cost index, delivery time and region.
best costLabel
Labels for all carriers print from a single format. You choose when the label is generated: when the pick order is created, when picking finishes, or when packing is completed.

The system grows as your shipping network grows

Domestic and international carriers, most with the shared label.
With the shared label, all carriers print from the same format.
Label and tracking volume scales automatically with the queue-based architecture.
Status updates instantly: the customer gets an SMS and the operations screen is live.
Turn your carrier network into rules
Which package goes with which carrier, when the label is printed and what happens if the carrier doesn't respond are all defined in advance. None of it depends on a person.
Label, rule and resilience
A single-format label, rule-based carrier selection and shipping that continues even if the carrier system does not respond.
All carriers in one label format
Ready-made integrations come with carriers, warehouses and courier services in Türkiye and abroad. You generate the carrier barcode, packing list and waybill (CMR) from a single panel.
The rule selects the carrier
The system compares the price and performance of carriers by volumetric weight, actual weight and delivery address. You set the rule once, and the best-fit carrier is selected automatically.
Packing continues even if a carrier doesn't respond
Timeout and retry are defined per carrier. If the label doesn't come back, the system generates its own label; packing does not stop.
On the same core as HaROS WMS and OMS
HaROS TMS uses the same data as the order and warehouse modules. The shipping label for a product packed in the warehouse prints automatically; no manual data entry is needed.

If a carrier's system doesn't respond, does shipping stop?
It doesn't. Timeout and retry counts are defined per carrier. If the label doesn't come back, the system generates its own label and packing is completed up to the label output.
When is the label generated?
You choose according to your operation: when the pick order is created, when picking finishes, or when packing is completed.
Do carrier integrations affect system performance?
No. Carrier integrations run in the background on separate servers, queue-based. Even if a carrier responds slowly, warehouse operations are not affected.
Can we use our own carrier agreements?
Yes. The carriers you have agreements with connect from the 21 ready-made integrations. The rule engine calculates cost and time according to your agreements. An open API is available for carriers not on the list.
How does the customer see shipment tracking?
When the status changes, the customer receives an SMS with a tracking link. You monitor the performance of all carriers instantly on the operations screen.
Put shipping on rules
Leave carrier selection, labeling and tracking to the system. Your carrier network connects with ready-made integrations.
