See every stock movement from raw material to dealer
HaROS works together with your ERP. You manage the chain on one platform, from post-production warehouse receiving to dealer and retail distribution, from material requirements planning to demand forecasting.
When visibility is lost after production
From raw material receiving to finished goods shipping, data spreads across different systems; the plan and the real stock drift apart.
Disconnected stock visibility
Raw material, semi-finished and finished goods stock sits in different systems or in Excel. The live stock position is unclear; excess or missing material is noticed at the last moment.
raw material · semi-finished · finished goodsWeak ERP–warehouse integration
Production orders in the ERP are passed to the warehouse by hand. Warehouse receiving is delayed, lot and serial tracking is done by hand, and the error risk rises.
ERP · warehouse receivingThe material requirements plan does not match reality
Demand forecasting is not fed from the sales channel. The calculated material requirement does not match real stock; excess orders or production stoppages follow.
MRP · demand forecastDelays and errors in the dealer channel
The status of dealer orders cannot be tracked instantly. Wrong shipments, short deliveries and returns are tracked by hand; complaints pile up.
dealer · shipping · returnsMulti-channel distribution chaos
The same finished product can go to a dealer, a store or export. When allocation, priority and channel-based orders are managed in separate systems, the whole picture is not visible.
multi-channel · allocationSeasonal demand swings
The plan is made before the season, but the deviation grows as real demand arrives. Excess stock turns into waste and missing stock into lost sales; there is no way to update the plan instantly.

HaROS works together with your ERP and makes the chain visible from production output to delivery. The Planning module produces production plan suggestions based on demand; production orders and shop-floor scheduling stay in your ERP.
- Production output is recorded at lot, serial and SKU level at warehouse receiving
- The material requirements plan meets the demand forecast; the replenishment suggestion is generated automatically
- Dealer and retail orders, prioritization and shipping on one screen
- Two-way integration with your ERP (such as SAP, Oracle, Logo, Mikro)
- Carrier selection, labels and delivery tracking with HaROS TMS (Transportation Management)

Modules that work together for manufacturers
Planning, HaROS WMS and HaROS TMS work together; the chain from raw material to dealer does not break.
Planning
Kahin combines demand forecasting, the material requirements plan and replenishment suggestions. It works in line with ERP production orders; in seasonal swings and multi-channel distribution, it allocates stock to the most suitable channel.
HaROS WMS
Records warehouse receiving at production output at lot, serial and SKU level. It tracks every movement from raw material intake to finished goods shipping and syncs stock with the ERP in both directions.
HaROS TMS
You manage carrier selection, labeling and shipment tracking in one place. Carrier integration, delivery confirmation and returns logistics are included.

Frequently asked questions
Does HaROS replace our ERP or MES?
No. HaROS is not an ERP or MES. The Planning module produces production plan suggestions based on demand forecasting; production orders and shop-floor scheduling stay in your ERP. It connects two-way with your existing ERP (such as SAP, Oracle, Logo, Mikro) and takes on post-production stock, distribution and demand forecasting. The two systems work side by side.
How does lot and serial number tracking work?
At production output, a lot or serial number is assigned to each batch at HaROS WMS warehouse receiving. Tracking continues unbroken from raw material to finished goods. You can scan barcodes and QR codes; RFID integration is evaluated on a project basis. Quality control and rejection steps can be added to the warehouse flow.
How does the demand forecast meet the material requirements plan in ERP?
Kahin produces demand forecasts by analyzing sales, historical data, live stock status and traffic, and Planning calculates the replenishment suggestion. The suggestion can be passed to the material requirements plan in the ERP; the ERP continues to open production orders. Details are on the Supply Chain Planning page.
Can we manage multiple warehouses and the dealer channel in one system?
Yes. HaROS is designed for multi-warehouse, multi-channel structures. Warehouses in different cities, the dealer network, stores and export are managed on the same platform. You set stock allocation and order priority per channel.
How long do setup and integration take?
It varies with the scope of the ERP integration and your warehouse operation. For a pilot warehouse and a single ERP connection, the timeline is planned together according to scope. Ready connections are on the Integrations page.
